Hello

I'm so honored you've chosen to trust me as your massage therapist!  I know your time is valuable and I am glad you've decided to carve a space in your schedule to take care of yourself.  To ensure that all of my clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, I have set up the following policies regarding appointment scheduling.

Appointment Scheduling Policies

SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Services are scheduled by appointment only and can be scheduled here or by calling/texting me at 423-615-9893.  Appointments are reserved with a credit card at the time of scheduling.  Your card will not be charged with the exception of a late cancellation or no-show.  You can see the Cancellation/No Show policy below.  If you do not wish to keep a card on file, you may contact me to prepay for your appointment.

ARRIVING LATE
If you are late to your session you are welcome to receive any time remaining in your scheduled appointment and payment will be taken in full. Out of respect for my other clients and their schedules, I am typically unable to extend your session beyond your original appointment time.


 CANCELLING/RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT

When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients.  To ensure that all of my clients are treated fairly and are able to receive treatment in a timely manner, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to change, reschedule or cancel your appointment.

  • If you choose to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee which will be processed on the credit card on file or deducted from any services on your account.

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and I have not received any communication from you ahead of time, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.  This will be charged to the card on file or deducted from any services on your account.

  • If an emergency situation arises, please let me know so that I can treat your specific situation with personal attention. I recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and I may be able to make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

To change or cancel an existing appointment, please contact me at 423-615-9893 or reschedule your appointment online.  Do not reschedule/cancel by email.
